Consistent with our urban vision, we focus our efforts within a 5km radius around Chapultepec Castle, which is the social, cultural and economic center of gravity of Mexico City and the “epicenter” of the country.
This Core sits upon the intersection between the Cuauhtémoc, Miguel Hidalgo and Benito Juárez Districts. These are the most productive Districts at the national level, they account for only 6% of Mexico City´s territory and together account for 46% of formal jobs, 64% of formal income and 61% of its GDP.
Moreover, the area overlaps with the Reforma, Lomas, Insurgentes and Polanco office corridors, which jointly house 3.4 million SQM of Class A office or 54% of the City´s total stock.
Our attention is centered on Mexico City, one of the most dynamic cities globally, which has consolidated its leadership in dozens of aspects that translate into better quality of life and greater opportunities. Mexico City stands out worldwide for its wide cultural diversity, rich historical heritage, modern local architecture, high gastronomy and extraordinary urban amenities.
To exemplify the dynamism and value of our City, the following recognitions stand out:
- The Historical Center and Xochimilco are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
- Chapultepec Park is ranked one of the 100 best and largest urban parks in the world.
- The Wall Street Journal describes Mexico City as one of “the best gastronomic city”, and the city has almost 20% of the 50 best Michelin restaurants in Latin America.
- The New York Times named Mexico City as the most interesting place to visit in 2016, describing it as a “metropolis that has it all.”
